Published14 minutes agoTwo people climbed to the top of New York's Empire State Building on Wednesday and unfurled a large banner appearing to say: "When the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace".
After standing at the very top of the famous building's spire together, they climbed down to a small platform, where one appeared to get down on one knee and propose marriage to the other. They then kissed before continuing to descend. They were atop the 1,454 ft (443 m)building for at least ten minutes.
